Maintenance: Forgejo, Valkey and more

The infrastructure maintenance train has arrived safely at the station. We’ve successfully updated several components to newer Helm chart versions:

• Alloy
• cert-manager
• Forgejo
• kube-prometheus-stack
• MetalLB
• Sealed Secrets
• Valkey
• CloudNativePG

We also updated the Forgejo image and the CloudNativePG manifest.

The biggest upgrade is Valkey: it’s now running in a high-availability setup with one master and two replicas spread across the cluster. Each instance has its own ceph-block persistent volume, while a PodDisruptionBudget helps ensure that at least two instances remain available during planned disruptions.

In short: fresher charts, sturdier infrastructure, and Valkey now has backup dancers.
